Autumn Tribute

A tribute to my dad, who loved nature photography.

All these photos were taken by him in October of 1980 and edited by me in November of 2011.

I also have a black and white version, which I actually kind of like better as a cohesive unit, but here you get to see all the wonderful colors.

This is mostly a manifestation of me missing autumn in the mountains. Being very nostalgic and trying to connect more with my dad, I guess. He died when I was a kid,

An explanation of the places:
1. I'm pretty sure this is at the Cheat River in Dolly Sods Wilderness, West Virginia. [link]

2. Maple syrup jug-turned bird feeder at my parents' cabin.

3. My parents' cabin near Wolfsville, Maryland in rural Frederick County. [link] (a town so small it doesn't even have a real Wiki page, lol)

4. A spiderweb, at presumably the same location.

5. Somewhere in eastern WV. Not sure exactly. Possibly the same location as #1.

I have no idea where 6 and 7 were taken, lol.
